Before you upload
How to prepare your Sherpa Blanket design file
Follow these guidelines to ensure your design prints correctly with accurate colour and sharp edges.
120 × 150 cm
Upload file: 128 × 158 cm
150 × 200 cm
Upload file: 158 × 208 cm
Include 4 cm of bleed on all four sides. Upload your file at the bleed size shown above. This extra area gets trimmed or wrapped — do not place important content here.
Within 10 cm of the product edge, content may not print fully. Keep logos, text and key design elements inside the safe zone to guarantee they appear on the finished product.
Use 300 DPI at the full upload size for the sharpest result. Files below 150 DPI will appear blurry when printed at product scale.
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI or PSD. Colour mode: RGB preferred. Maximum file size 25 MB. Contact us for larger files or layered designs.

Your design printed on a premium 400 GSM Sherpa blanket — soft polyester front with a warm Sherpa fleece reverse. We use sublimation printing so colours are fused directly into the fabric and will never peel, fade or crack.

120 × 150 cm — Perfect for a sofa, single bed or child's room.
150 × 200 cm — Full-size blanket for a double bed or large sofa.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
All materials are OEKO-TEX® certified — safe for the whole family, including babies and young children.
Machine Wash
Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Mild detergent only. No bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not iron the Sherpa side. Iron printed side on low with a cloth between iron and fabric.
Production & Dispatch
Each blanket is printed on demand and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

No Returns on Printed Blankets
Because every blanket is printed on demand especially for you, we cannot accept returns. Defective or wrong items: contact us within 2 months with your order number and photo — we respond within 2 working days.
