Your fabric will be sent as one continuous piece.

3+ Meters

Orders of 3 meters or more may arrive in two separate pieces. The total length ordered will always be fulfilled.

Length Tolerance

A slight variation of up to 5% in fabric length is possible. This is within the normal range for printed textiles and is not considered a defect.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order is 1 meter per design. Larger quantities receive better per-unit pricing — see our volume discount table above.

Samples

Want to check quality and colour before ordering in bulk? Samples are available on request — select up to 20 designs and email info@familyfabrics.nl. Cost: €30.

Our fabrics are printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks. A little care goes a long way in keeping your creations looking vibrant.

Machine Wash

Gentle cycle at 30°C, 400 rpm. Use a phosphate-free detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh stain removers.

Drying

The fabric is most delicate when wet — do not rub or wring. Air dry only. Skip the tumble dryer to preserve print and shape.

Ironing

Use a low heat setting and always iron on the reverse side of the print to prevent fading.

Vinegar Scent?

Completely normal. The faint scent comes from our natural dye-fixing process and disappears entirely after the first wash.

Colour Variation

Colours may vary slightly between different fabric types due to differences in texture and absorbency — a natural property of digital printing.

Production & Dispatch

We manufacture on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 working days.

Shipping Carriers

EU orders: DHL or DPD
Non-EU orders: UPS or PostNL

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If your status has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us. If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks we will open an investigation with the carrier.

DPD Service Points

If your package is delivered to a DPD service point, please collect it within 7 days to avoid it being returned to us.

VAT

All prices include VAT for EU orders. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can have VAT removed at checkout. Non-EU customers may be subject to import duties in their country.

No Returns on Printed Fabric

Because every order is printed and cut on demand especially for you, we are unable to accept returns. Custom-printed fabric cannot be restocked or resold once produced — this is the nature of our process.

Colour Variations

Colours may appear slightly different across fabric types due to texture and absorbency differences. We always recommend ordering a sample before placing a large order. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.

Wrong Item or Defect?

If you received the wrong item or your fabric arrived damaged, contact us within 2 months via our complaint form. Include your order number and a clear photo — we will respond within 2 working days and arrange a solution.

Large Orders

We strongly recommend ordering samples first when placing large orders. Since custom-printed fabric cannot be resold, we are unable to make exceptions for large quantities ordered incorrectly.
